2 steps forward 1 step back.

I forgot to post on Saturday I did a weigh in at 296.6.  Wahoooo...   But didn't eat so well over the weekend or today.  Had a really good workout with Crystal Bull, I was all excited. Came home and weighed in at 298.8. Boooo.   Im going to try a lot harder and keep to my eating schedule........

Feels so Good!


I have been thinking about joining a gym. I have herad some ads for a place that seem really cheap.  I knew my Cousin went there all the time SO.........  I joined and went with her tonight.  I HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT FOR 1.5 HOURS before... THANKS CRYSTAL!!!!  See ya on Monday.   So new plan..... Work out MWF about 8 or 830 pm.  I have a pass that will get one other person in free so if you want to check it out or work out with us let me know...  So I came home and got on the big scary scale and it read............298.2    YAY!!  PROGRESS!!!

I'm off to a good start!  Even got on my long lost friend the Treadmill!  Yay.   I'm starting out at.......ugh do I have to say...... yes.....301.3  SO BAD!!!  The last time I was this big I was pregnant with my 1st son.   9 YEARS ago but then it went away.... Gotta get some weight off.  I can feel it in my knees. Not good....  :0(

Ok.  Im gonna do it this time. Thats me!!  On the end next to Julie.  That was obviously for eclipse about a year ago..I think I'm a little bigger now then I was then.... Anyway.  Why we are all here...   ITS TIME!!!  I have GOT to loose this weight. 

I am Karen Ford, married to John, and we have 4 kids.  Alicia 12, David 9, Austin 6 and Josh is 4. With three boys they keep me very busy.  I work for JISD @ Salinas Elem in the Special Ed, Life Skill Class were we have to be on our toes all the time.  We are in the Converse Ward now but formerly the Woodlake ward. I am so excited to be able to see all my friends again this year in passing the halls.  :} 

When we first move to Tx in 2008 I weighed 260 and stayed there for about a year and a half.  Since then I have gone no Where but up.  I need to change that direction to down. I am close to 3oo now if not there already...  I get tired so easy and Im not very active outside of my job.  I really should be...and I want to be... 

I do have a GOAL:  I would LOVE to go back to 260 right away but I know that it not being realistic.  For this contest I will be happy to have lost 20lbs by the end of it.   I plan on eating better and getting on the treadmill right after I get home from school.  If I don't do it then, then I will never make it on..  My kids keep me very active at nights running errands and taking them from place to place.  I plan on getting out of the car while waiting for what ever activity is going on and walking around..    I will check in every couple days and let you know how its going...  HERE WE GO!!!!!


So my realistic GOAL:  Loose 20 lbs!!  But really more like 50!
