24 March 2012 My weigh in yesterday was 168.3 Now that the contest is over, I get on a roll ;) It's been fun and I plan on keeping up with it until I reach my goal weight. !st goal is coming next month. We'll see after that.
20 March 2012 Wow! I can't believe it's been so long since I posted. Since then, my DIL had her baby at 22 weeks. He is doing super and she was able to hold him for the first time last night. That kind of threw me off. And now I have a cold. But in the mean time....I'm down to 175 lbs. That was a rough month. 20 lbs to hit my 100 lb released mark. Excited it's getting close.

I'm down to 180.3 That is 75 pounds from when I started working on losing weight in May last year. Looking forward to the downward trend!
13 February 2012 Sometimes, I really hate weekends! I was down to my lowest weight with a total weight release of 75 lbs but today am back to where I was last week. :( Looking forward to continue going down, down, down though! It is great with how many people tell me how awesome I look though. That is the great part of weekends.
And today I went to DI and bought some new to me clothes because I'm tired of everything being so baggy on me! That is a fun thing to do!

30 January 2012 Yeah! Down a couple of pounds! 188.6. Walked my dog and did Zumba today. Tomorrow will be more work. I'm in a balancing week so plan on just maintaining this week.

Eight months ago I started on a health and wellness journey. I fit snugly into a size 22 jeans. Just got back from the store and bought a new pair that I fit comfortably in. A size 12!

Well, the weight I released for this week wasn't what I wished for. Down to 190.7 but then I need to remember I have started going to weight classes and 3" lost is pretty good!

The week sure flew by. It was a hard week what with dealing with school issues with Ben. I just don't know how to get that child to care about grades. I managed to stay on my nutrition plan, though. I think it makes it tougher to lose with all the stress though, doesn't it?
Looking forward to a better week.

Boy, I didn't think I'd have this many issues posting at least somewhat regularly. I guess I'll have to move it up on my priority list! My weight Monday was 191.3 releasing 5.3 lbs.
A new goal? Posting here at least twice a week. I mean, I have to start somewhere. It will be more once I get this one down :P

2 January 2012 Taking awhile to get started as I spent last week away from home helping with new grand baby and his mom. I hope to post pic's soon. I started today weighing 196.6 lbs. I started this journey the end of May at 255.6 so I have made significant progress. I want to be 150 ish and then re-evaluate to see where to go with health and fitness from there.
